Feel Fit & Feel Accomplished

Along with the food portion, is the fitness.  I started training with Kim Ayres to learn the beneficial work out routine for myself.  I feel that it is important to work out with a trainer at least a few times every month so that you are able to establish what will work best for your everyday routines.  At 46 years old, I trained and competed in the Wisconsin Warrior Invitational - Natural Fitness Show in 2018 and again in 2019. Now at 48 years old, my plans are to compete again on June 6, 2020 (the competition show will be held at the Pablo Center here in Eau Claire).  I have seen the transformation that my body has made as well as achieving a clear mindset everyday, and I feel proud and accomplished in doing this. Yes, I am in the best shape of my life. You, of course, don’t have to take your fitness to this extreme. Just using some simple guidelines, you, too, can promote your own fitness and feel accomplished with your goals.
