A Fitness Model That Works

In achieving my fitness goals, I was able to not only work out under the instruction of Kim Ayres, Owner of Mission Accomplished, but also have her educate & guide me on the food portion of my goals to being in the best shape I can.  I have been working with Kim for the past 4 years and have learned so much about the food we should be putting into our bodies for maximum potential for our health. I will be implementing this knowledge for others to learn so they, too, can be in their best health.  It’s a learning curve and not accomplished over night, but with time, patience and perseverance, can be achieved. “Trusting the Process!”
