What is the book about?

The 30-Day Ketogenic Cleanse is written by Maria Emmerich, who has changed her life and the lives of many through keto. She goes into detail about how a ketogenic diet isn’t just a diet, but it’s a lifestyle.

What were your expectations of the book?

I had heard great things about this book and it definitely passed my expectations. I would say that this is the best keto book I have ever read, and one of the best keto books out there.

What did you like about the book?

The recipes and meal plans were fabulous and very detailed. It made it easier to change into the Keto lifestyle with all of the different recipes and options to try out.

What did you not like about the book?

There was not necessarily anything I did not like about this book. Some recipes are better than others, but that is different for everybody.

What is the biggest takeaway from this book?

This book taught me that keto is not just a diet, it is a lifestyle and you need to give it your all. This book is a great way to learn more about the Keto Lifestyle and it explains how it works. It is a great book for people to get to learn more about the Keto Diet and how it will work for them. It’s a now a lifestyle for me.

What do you want the reader to take away from this review?

That changing your diet may seem difficult to do but, in the end, it will be worth it and after doing it for awhile you will not miss or think about your old eating habits.

Why should the reader read the book? Why shouldn’t they?

The reader should read this book to help improve their everyday life. Change is not easy, but this is worth it. After getting into Keto, you will realize how tired and unhealthy you felt before.

Is the book worth reading?

This book is worth reading because of the message it gets across. We can improve how we live our lives with a new way of living and a clearer mind.

Who would enjoy this book?

I think that everyone could learn from this book. It is great for people who are trying to better their lives through health and fitness, but everyone could get something from this.
